The right time to drinking water

apparently, drinking too much water can result in the lost of sight according to a news paper article about a woman who lost her sight after drinking too much water.

so how?? 

when we are supposed to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep ourselves hydrated as water makes up about 70% of our body weight.

in fact, there is supposed to be correct timings to drink water in order to maximize its effectiveness.

2 glasses – after waking up – helps activate internal organs

1 glass – 30 mins before meal – helps digestion

1 glass – before taking a bath – helps lower blood pressure

1 glass – before sleep – to avoid stroke or heart attack
